Bulls and bears are in a battle to establish dominance and until that is resolved we will continue to have choppy action in the markets. The bulls have done a good job of fending the bears off but anything can happen so be prepared for either outcome. Sectors to keep an eye on this week are Gold. miners, shippers, material, infrastructure and of course banks which kick off earnings season on Thursday. China low float names could also get some follow through but make sure you play those size appropriate and do not chase.
