There wasn't any break through or resolution in the China trade talks which, I don't think is a big surprise to anyone. Fed Chair Jerome Powell speaks at Jackson Hole today and that may give the street a better feel for where the Fed sees rates going, the overall health of the economy and inflation expectations. Equities are up slightly in premarket along with oil and gold while the dollar is slightly lower.
