Khiron is an exciting story all the way around. There are elements that many will perceive as risky, and they may be right. However, what I see is an underdog in a relatively entirely new market in its infancy stages. There is ample opportunity and a massive addressable market. I have followed this company for over a year. I know Khiron's challenges, and I know that Alvaro's leadership is as strong as any I have ever seen. The grit, passion, and vision that Alvaro and his executive team display is second to none. I will not tell anyone that there isn't any risk. There is risk in all investments. Nothing is ever guaranteed. However, I will say that the higher the risk, the higher the potential reward.
I am a Cleveland Browns fan. I know what it is like to root for the underdog. I have yet to be successful in that realm; I can tell you that my track record for having faith in companies and leadership teams has been far more rewarding. There are intangibles that you can't necessarily convey to someone. Call it a gut feeling or intuition.
