I have known the LiveOne Inc. ($LVO IMPACT STOCK) CEO, Rob Ellin, for a long time, and he has been in much tougher positions than the current (perceived loss) of a lucrative Tesla contract. At the same time, there is likely to be a short-term disruption in revenue but the opportunity for LiveOne to build its brand with, as Rob likes to call it, "Beach Front Property in perpetuity on Tesla's dashboard." The LiveOne Logo will be a permanent fixture on the dashboard when it was Tesla Music; the Tesla owners were limited in their ability to listen to their Tesla playlists, podcasts, and audiobooks in the vehicle. They could not take it to the gym, home, office, or anywhere else to continue listening to their favorite songs, rivetting Podcast series, or intense audiobook thriller mysteries, or the one inspiring leadership development Tesla and LiveOne will now co-promote the LiveOne Brand, create promotions specifically for Tesla Vehicle owners. Rob admits there is "work that needs to be done." Knowing how hard Rob works and the caliber of the team he has surrounded himself with. This is a challenge well suited for this team.

I can think of an example similar to the one Rob faces now. The movie 300 was on the verge of collapse. The film had run out of money, and production had reached a standstill. Rob was a New Yorker new to Hollywood. He didn't know all the ins and outs of Hollywood. Rob Bought 48 percent of the production company Atmosphere. Long story short, 300 did $1.2 billion, and it is a cult classic. The optionality that LIveOne /PodcastOne has, along with all the celebrity talent and original content, like Varnamtown, is one of my favorites. https://www.podcastone.com/pd/Varnamtown
It only takes one massive hit to change the course of LiveOne/PodcastOne and place them on a whole new level.

I have been to LiveOne's new studio and seen firsthand how the executive team works with incredibly talented creative artists. I sat with them at the dinner table, where a wide array of artists were being served a home-cooked meal by Josh Haullbauer, a former lead vocalist and world tour rock artist for the band "Radical Something." Josh is an incredibly passionate, talented publisher who has co-created some fantastic songs for huge artists. He is a genuine soul that has music running through his veins. He is humble, with a huge heart and an ear for talent. Josh is head of LiveOne's music/publishing division. The energy and camaraderie were warm and as unique as each artist thrives in different genres. While there, I could sense everyone's commitment to their craft and the industry they love. Their passion for music and entertainment is infectious, and their pursuit of excellence is something to see.

Rob is at the helm of it all, and while some may find his New York demeanor abrasive, he cares about his shareholders, the artists, and the industry. He is a stand-up guy who believes in Karma; he attracts talent and has earned his peers' respect. Rob has had fantastic mentors like Mel Carmazine and his latest partner, close friend Norm Pattiz, who regretfully passed away in December 2022. Rob surrounds himself with strength, which shows on his board of directors. Rob has always believed in being aligned with his shareholders and steps up to the plate in the open market to purchase shares. Rob respects his shareholders whether they hold one hundred or one million shares. He feels obligated to give them an above-average return on their investment as a reward for entrusting him and his team with their hard-earned dollars.

Some individuals have tried to bet against Rob throughout many businesses he has been part of. They may experience short-term feelings that they are winning. Many learn a painful lesson, and Rob almost always comes out on top. It is a bet that can come back to haunt you because beating someone who never quits is immensely challenging. Rob instills that hard work ethic in everyone around him. He loves the music and entertainment industry, and LiveOne is the only company that can provide a white-label product to a brand that wants to expand its brand into that world. Stay tuned. I can assure you that a fire has been lit inside Rob. This is where he does his best work. When the pressure is on, when it is time to fight, Rob is one of those you want on your team.
