$MAPPF Prostar Holdings and the creator of Pointman SAAS product to identify capture record our underground utility assets within centimeter accuracy. The software has proven it can reduce accidental utility strikes by over NINETY PERCENT. When you have over FIVE hundred thousand a year, that can have a meaningful impact. That is just in the U.S./ This is a GLOBAL problem. The U.S. spends between thirty and sixty billion BILLION repairing accidental utility strikes. They happen every single day. People get injured or die when a gas line is struck, businesses get shut down when the cable, fiber, or electricity is cut, and food and water supplies get contaminated by ruptured sewer, gas, or oil lines. This is reality. Here is another reality. The solution has been around for many years. The industry is technology-phobic. The construction industry is second to last among all sectors when adopting tech. It has been long enough! If the industry won't change its antiquated processes to make our job sites safer and more efficient. We need to come together and force the industry to change for the benefit of all of humanity.

I want to share the names of the CEO's, CFO's. VP's of major publicly traded companies that I have reached out to directly. I have provided them the research. gently suggested that they have someone explore five company names and the products or services they provide to make job sites inherently safer from the moment they begin being used on the job site. Not one of them has taken the action I have recommended, I find that the bigger the companies get, the harder it is to get to anyone who wants to hear about your ideas for improving the company. That is why I love small and microcap companies. The founders, CEO, and Presidents are still humble and down to earth. They are anxious to learn and try new things.

I have suggested to all of them. Just investigate these companies and their products. If they provide the benefits they claim to provide, the company will immediately win by being safer and more efficient. If they do not offer the benefits, what did you lose? Here is the kicker. If you prove it, you will implement these products on all future projects and explain why. What happens to the stock that has that product or service.

We hear a lot lately about how divided our country is. I see it myself, and, unfortunately, the division is driven by political parties or those spreading half-truths intentionally designed to create a further divide. Having someone change their thinking when lies fly around from both sides is a big ask. In the grand scheme of things, only the country suffers. We focus on the polarizing subjects that neither side will budge on. What good comes from that. I can tell you what good it creates, no good! You wind up with a bunch of misinformed, angry people who are wasting their brain cells and getting all stressed out over things that are not in their control. When we could be unified in fixing one of humanity's problems systematically. We could be coming together on substantial material problems, and there are solutions for them.

Problems that cost lives are not specific to a race or a gender, not particular to a political party or age. These problems are real, and it doesn't matter how old you are. Whether you are a Gen X, Gen Y, or Gen Z, it does not matter.

We have lots of problems like this that exist for all of humanity. These are the things. I like to focus on. These are the things that I will do everything I can to inform, educate, and try desperately to get people to come together and create a groundswell movement to force change to make our job sites safer, to help our environment stay clean, and to keep our food and water supply safe. One business at a time. There are a lot of people getting angry and saying despicable things over ideologies, and party divides that neither side will budge on. Political elites, those that are in the know, thrive on creating a divide. Getting people worked up and making people angry with one another because they simply do not and probably never will agree on certain things. Does anyone remember this" Let's agree to disagree." Leave it at that. More importantly, what can we agree on and then force change to happen for the benefit of all? I will tell you straight up. I dislike both political parties for various reasons. I try to focus on logic and things that can make this world a better place., but the media is a complete wreck and filled with hidden agendas. I want to spend my time finding solutions to problems that affect everyone equally, and I want to fix those problems with existing solutions. That is possible; there is strength in numbers. We can make positive change when United, one problem and help one company or maybe a few companies at a time. That kind of change makes life worth living.
