Good morning
We didn't get the final outcome on the health care bill and that is creating some skepticism about the ability of the Trump administration getting anything done. If they can't get the health care bill through the what happens with the tax cuts, the infrastructure, the roll back on the regulations, and the repatriation of overseas corporate profits?? It isn't just the health care bill that is at stake it sends a message that Washington still can't get anything done with this new administration at the helm. However, President Trump just suggested that if he can't get health care done he is moving on to other items on his agenda and the street seems to like that
Like I talked about in yesterdays market wrap, we have several sectors that are building out what looks like potential bear flags.
It is Friday and if we do not get a resolution on the vote by the end of day I would expect investors will be reducing their exposure to equities heading into the weekend so be careful out there.
