It looks like we may have a positive open in equities with gold and oil both up slightly. Oil and energy could be in play depending on developments out of Vienna with OPEC members final decision for production increases. The ramifications from the supreme court decision to allow states to make online retailers collect sales tax may create some trading opportunities as wall street tries to figure out who the potential winners and losers may be.

This one was on last weekends stocks to watch list and the news is from Tuesday but it has had a nice move this week and could be looking for more with a nine test and roll QTNT Quotient Limited Reports Concordance Data from the MosaiQ European Field Trial, Field Trial Concordance Data Exceed Targeted Criteria it may need time to consolidate more could be a swing with an entry in the 7.50 -8 area and a day trade on a break over 9 with volume
ABIL shares surged 110.65 percent to close at $4.55 on Thursday it is spiking up 12.7% to a high of 5.81 on high volume Not seeing any news to justify the move just a low float mover if you trade it play size appropriate look for a clean setup and do not chase a candle
